1. Scope of Work
This agreement covers installation services only unless otherwise stated in writing. Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided are correct, complete, and suitable for installation.

Installer will warrant materials and signage only if they are sourced and supplied by Installer. Installer assumes no responsibility or warranty for materials or signage supplied by Client or third parties.

2. Estimates & Changes
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to scope, site conditions, or materials may result in additional charges and must be approved before proceeding.

3. Minimum Charges
A minimum service charge of $80 applies to all installation jobs.
​
Minimum charges may be waived or modified at the installers discretion.
​
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be stated on each invoice and are due according to the due date specified. Standard terms for established and approved clients may be Net 30 from completion, unless otherwise stated.

Installer reserves the right to assign shorter payment terms or require payment in advance at their discretion.
​
5. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 14 days past the stated due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount or $25, whichever is greater, applied every 14 days until paid in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Installer reserves the right to waive late fees at its discretion.
Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection and legal costs incurred to recover unpaid balances.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled installation. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a minimum service charge or trip fee.

7. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities
Client must ensure:

Safe and legal access to the installation site

Power availability when required
-
Clear and unobstructed work areas
-
All necessary permits and approvals

Installer is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by undisclosed or unsuitable site conditions.
​
8. Warranty on Installation
Installer warrants workmanship for a period of 30 days from completion.
​
This warranty covers installation-related failures only and does not cover:

Materials or signage supplied by Client
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Weather, temperature, or environmental exposure
-
Improper substrate conditions
Damage caused by third parties -
Improper or defective materials not supplied by Installer

Installer does not warranty any materials or signage provided by Client.
​
9. Vehicle Wraps & Wall Wraps
Due to the nature of vehicle wraps and wall wraps, Installer does not guarantee:

Longevity beyond manufacturer material specifications
-
Performance on surfaces with existing damage, peeling paint, low-quality paint, textured walls, or contaminated substrates

Installer is not responsible for:
-
Paint lift or surface damage during installation or removal
-
Failure due to improper surface preparation by Client or third parties
-
Failure due to exposure to extreme temperatures, pressure washing, or abrasive cleaning
​
Any removal or reinstallation will be billed separately.
​
10. Limitation of Liability
Installer shall not be liable for:

Damage to pre-existing surfaces
-
Electrical or structural issues not disclosed prior to work
-
Loss of business, revenue, or consequential damages
​
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for installation services.
​
11. Damage & Repairs
Installer is not responsible for damage caused by:
-
Poor substrate conditions
-
Hidden wiring, plumbing, or structural elements
-
Materials provided by Client
​
Any repairs outside the scope of installation will be billed separately.
​
12. Insurance
Installer carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
​
13. Permits & Compliance
Unless otherwise stated, the client is responsible for securing permits and ensuring compliance with all applicable local codes and regulations.
​
15. Force Majeure
Installer is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, acts of God, supply shortages, or site access restrictions.

Acceptance of Terms
By authorizing Installer to perform services, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, whether or not Client has signed a separate agreement.
